SMOKING AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

The hotel is 90% smoke free. There is designated smoking area in the roof top garden. Any damage caused through smoking (of any substance) will be charged for accordingly as will any damage to furnishings etc., caused through negligence.

ALCOHOL

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those under 21 years (with valid identification). As we are fully licensed, guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol into the hotel to consume in their room(s). Any alcohol brought onto the premises will have a corkage charge applied of 500.00 per bottle and this is by explicit prior arrangement only.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Guests must be 18 years or older with valid government issued identification to reserve and to check in to a guestroom.

EARLY DEPARTURE

Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee of one night.

OCCUPANCY

An extra person charge will apply if there are more than 2 adults in a guest room. One child under 10 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Extra bed is charged NPR700 per person per night. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/ crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed with the management.   Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid separately.

PETS

We are sorry, but except for Guide Dogs, we do not allow pets in the house but some guests bring dogs and leave them in their cars overnight.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

PAYMENT POLICY

If paying with cash; a deposit equal to the room, tax and Nrs.1000 per day towards incidentals will be collected at check-in.

For payment arrangements with a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel's reservations department.

CAR PARKING

The proprietors do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any guest’s vehicle or its contents whilst situated on the hotel’s parking, but it will be supervising under CCTV.

HAZARDOUS GOODS

Bringing goods and / or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and / or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guest’s own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

Management's Rights

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him / her.

Government rules and regulations and application of laws

Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE HOTEL ACT.
